Al Nafay Surgical Product Delivery Timeline
Our Al Nafay Surgical Product Delivery process begins after we receive your official purchase order and confirm your advance payment. Next, we verify product availability and prepare your shipment. Delivery times depend on product availability, order quantity, manufacturing status, and your delivery location. Therefore, delivery may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks.
Although we always aim to deliver orders on time, all delivery dates are estimated unless we confirm them in writing.

Partial Deliveries
Sometimes, we may deliver part of your order first and send the remaining items later. This allows us to reduce unnecessary delays and serve you more efficiently.
Delivery Delays
Although we carefully plan every shipment, unexpected events may affect delivery schedules. For example, supplier delays, customs clearance, transportation issues, technical problems, power outages, strikes, or natural disasters may cause delays. However, we will notify you immediately and provide an updated delivery schedule.
Delivery Charges

Post-Delivery Responsibility
Once you receive and accept the product, you become responsible for its proper handling and use. Therefore, Al Nafay Surgical cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Pricing
Our quotations include the product price only unless we clearly mention additional services.
However, the following services are not included unless stated otherwise:

- Commissioning
- Operator training
- Maintenance services
- Storage
- Additional site visits
Service Delays
Sometimes, circumstances beyond our control may delay installation or technical services. Nevertheless, we always work to complete every service as quickly as possible and keep our customers informed throughout the process.
Payment Terms
To confirm your order, you must pay 50% in advance when placing the order. After that, you must pay the remaining balance before dispatch or delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Once we receive your payment confirmation, we process your order without unnecessary delay. Furthermore, ownership of all products remains with Al Nafay Surgical until we receive full payment.
Order Cancellation
If production, procurement, customization, or dispatch has already started, we may not be able to cancel your order. However, if cancellation is possible, applicable charges may apply depending on the order status.
